Mark Devlin founded The Improvement Mindset after more than two decades helping organisations improve how they work. His background spans process improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, change management and business transformation across professional services, Victorian government, local government, TAFE and not-for-profit sectors. Holding tertiary degrees in both business and psychology alongside AI credentials from UNSW and AIM, Mark brings both the human and operational side of AI adoption together, helping organisations move forward confidently without leaving their people behind.
